Mark wins National Healthcare Security Officer of the Year Award

On Thursday 10th November, Mark Williams was presented with his Healthcare Security Officer of the Year award, by David Robinson Security and Car Parking Manager at Wythenshawe Hospital and Dave Potts GSTS CEO. Mark was awarded the accolade by the National Association for Healthcare Security at their annual conference in Birmingham.

Mark was described by his nominator as:

“It is my opinion that Mark deserves recognition, he regularly displays courage and compassion, he works in tandem with clinical staff for their safety and the patient’s needs and dignity, and he strives to contribute toward a positive experience for the patient.”

This is the second year in a row that a GSTS Healthcare Officer has won this national award, and at the same hospital.
