Crowd Control and Crowd Management course | North West

This training course will provide you with everything you need to achieve the Level 2 Award in Understanding Spectator Safety at Events (AUSSE). It ensures that you have the knowledge and skills to maximise the safety of spectators at events. Crowd control and crowd management is a ‘key’ task within the role and responsibilities of stewards and other staff at spectator events.  Such events could be family orientated, such as sports, music events or a village fete. It is vital that everyone feels safe and secure during an event. The course will cover risk assessment and hazards, helping customers with problems, dealing with challenging behaviour, recognising potential crowd problems, responding to injuries and illness on a first-on-scene basis and following emergency procedures etc.
