Emotional Intelligence and Resilience course

Resilient individuals have the capacity to adapt and recover within an ever-changing environment. Skills learnt on the course will help you to cope with stresses and strains of modern life and modern workplaces. The course/workshop will provide a safe and open environment to discuss personal resilience exploring the different factors influencing resilience and ask delegates to reflect on how these affect them individually. During the course we will consider the relationship between stress, wellbeing and performance.
