Health and Wellbeing course

This course will prepare participants to take responsibility of their own ‘personal’ health and manage their own care and that of others including family and/or colleagues/employees. The course will provide an overview of healthy eating and physical activity advice, looking at common myths in this area and gives practical tips on how to make healthy lifestyle changes. The session provides information on balanced diet, food labelling, fast food, fluids, physical activity guidelines and different types of exercise.
